Restaurant Managers

Your restaurant is your baby, your clean sheet, your blank canvas. It’s yours to splash your personality over and run as you see fit. Your team and customers will always come first and it’s your mission in life to know what makes them tick. Team bonding sessions, free tasters, a buzzing atmosphere – it’s all about being creative and delivering a magical experience and work place for everyone. But it’s not all fun and games, we’ll look to you to maximise the financial performance of your restaurant as well as individual team members training and development. You’ll keep your eye on the ball and spot opportunities to make continual improvements. When expectations are high, you’ll make it your job to exceed them. Assistant Managers

Assistant Managers at PizzaExpress are worth their weight in dough. You’ll work alongside a Restaurant Manager that really knows their onions to provide a fantastic dining experience for our customers. It’s a busy remit that will involve managing costs, maximising sales, and giving the team the same five-star service in terms of mentoring and development. You know that a happy team is a happy restaurant and you’ll bring us the passion, flair and finesse to ensure our success. And we’ll ensure yours too.

Supervisors

You will be great at running your shift and organising your team as well as wowing our customers. As long as you enjoy working in an environment that is all about creating the best experience for your customers, and have a real passion for food, we’ll give you all the training you need for this exciting role. This is your opportunity to shine. You will be enthusiastic about what you do, love the responsibility of running the floor and have a desire to learn and develop. You should also thrive under pressure – our restaurants get very busy! We go out of our way to provide a work environment that motivates and encourages everyone. Waiters & Waitresses

From families to couples, first dates to anniversaries – PizzaExpress is the place where friends and families meet and conversations flow over great food. So it’s our job to make sure each and every customer enjoys an experience – not just a meal. Our waiters care about the details that make a great experience, and take pride and a genuine interest in our food. You can bring something extra to the service by delighting our customers and by delivering outstanding service; this will no doubt make your job more enjoyable too. You’re a real people person, and we’d like you to be yourself! We’d like to meet you in person – it’ll help us get an idea of how you engage with customers. Pizzaiolos & Chefs

Using the best and freshest ingredients, you’ll produce great tasting food that our customers will come back for. And, in true Italian style, working in an open kitchen, you’ll play a part in creating a sociable atmosphere. Don’t worry if you haven’t had any formal training as a chef. As long as you’ve had some experience in a catering environment and have a genuine love of food, we’ll give you all the training you need. In return you should be enthusiastic about what you do, and willing to learn. You should also be able to work under pressure – our kitchens can get very busy!

Cleaners

If you’ve had some experience in a catering environment and have a genuine love of food, we’ll give you all the training you need.
